HORTONS PLAINS National Park is a protected area in the central highlands of Sri Lanka and is covered by montane grassland and cloud forest. This plateau at an altitude of 2,100–2,300 metres is rich in biodiversity and many species found here are endemic to the region.
WORLD´S END: In this area, you can trek with or without a guide. The most popular route is to World’s End (apx 7 km). It is best to start in the early morning, when the air is clear and view is good.
